We believe…
Children learn best through play and experiences.
They learn by playing games, using their imaginations, expressing their emotions, creating, and exploring the world around them. We firmly believe children learn by doing, getting messy, investigating their questions, and problem solving with their friends.
As teachers, we design and implement play activities and explorations that meet the needs of each student.
We encourage our children’s learning and inquiry through interactions that stretch their thinking to higher levels and help them learn and develop.
We provide high-quality education and care for every student in our classroom.
We intentionally plan and organize the classroom, so students have the opportunity to develop in the areas of social-emotional, language and literacy, math, science, creative arts, fine motor, and gross motor.

Our Focus
At Eagle’s Wings Preschool we are passionate about sharing God’s love, our love of learning, and love for one another. We believe young children learn best through play and exploration. We foster engaging learning experiences through hands-on activities, play-based learning centers, art, science, cooking, music, free play exploration inside/outside, and school-wide thematic units that encourage creativity and community. Our curriculum covers all areas of early learning including literacy, math, science, social studies, art, music, and both fine and gross motor movement. First and foremost, we are dedicated to building a nurturing environment for our students – an environment where students feel safe, secure, and loved.

FAQs
We believe that children learn best when they are engaged in rich, meaningful play. The teachers carefully plan and organize the classroom so that our students have opportunities to explore art, science, math, literacy, drama, and more during centers. Each invitation of play is an intentional activity, thoughtfully crafted by the teachers to encourage exploration, skills practice and learning. We recognize the importance of kindergarten preparation and work with our students to achieve the skills that they need to enter school
Teachers make a difference! Our dedicated staff is highly qualified and experienced. We value each child and love to share his/her excitement and learning. From our warm welcome every day to parent check-out after school, you and your child will feel connected and welcomed here.
Families who choose Eagle’s Wings Preschool are looking for an intimate classroom setting with low student-teacher ratios. They want their young children to have highly qualified teachers who are experts in the field of early childhood education. Eagle’s Wings Preschool families appreciate the tremendous level of care and love that their children receive while at preschool. They realize very quickly that registering their child is more than just signing him up for preschool. Registering at Eagle’s Wings Preschool means that you have become a member of our tight-knit family.
Eagle’s Wings Preschool closely follows the West Ada School District calendar. We have the same major holiday breaks and spring break that they do. The first day of preschool is the day after Labor Day, and we end on the 3rd Thursday in May. We follow the West Ada School District inclement weather closings
Children need to be independent in their bathroom skills. No pull-ups are allowed.
The registration fee is $125, and non-refundable.

There is something so special about Eagle’s Wings. The teachers are filled with love for the kids and for what they do – they are incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s evident that their first priority is to love the kids. And when the kids feel safe and loved, and their basic needs are met, they are even more excited to learn. The staff invests so much of themselves into the children and families, and I would recommend this faith-based preschool to ANY family in the area.
